Return Policy

OpenSky accepts returns for one full year, that’s 365 days after purchase date, at no cost to you.

Free Returns can be processed in 3 simple steps:

• Call 1.877.734.6736 or email customerservice@theopenskyproject.com with the following; name on order, order number, product name and SKU# of item(s) being returned and reason for return.
• Look for an OpenSky email in 24 to 48 hours, this will include a UPS shipping label for your return.
• Pack up your return, affix label to box and drop off your package with any authorized UPS shipper. Find UPS locations across the US here.

Please be sure to make a note of your UPS tracking number, which can be found on the prepaid return label. With this number, you will be able to check on the status of your return.

We will email you once your return has been processed and a full refund has been issued for the original purchase price. Please allow up to 10 days for processing.
